Cinnamon with Milk (Erfa bel Laban)

Ingredients (serves 1 person)
250ml milk
1.5 tsp cinnamon powder
sugar to taste

Preparing Erfa bel Laban
Heat the milk on the stove until close to boiling, then turn off the heat.
Add the cinnamon and sugar to the milk and stir until mixed thoroughly.

Leave the cinnamon milk to rest for 4-5 min. (preferably covered) until it cools down and cinnamon
residue settles in the bottom.
Pour in a mug/cup slowly ensuring the residue doesn't get into the cup.
And now it's ready to serve...
